Hopeful Hill Pond Renovation
There were too many weeds growing around the sides of the pond.
We wanted to remove them and make some improvements.
We added a siphon to help us control the pond level,
added rock to the spillway to provide a shallow area for the fingerlings,
and added a catchment basin to trap any sediment coming off the pasture.
