Hopeful Hill Ranch is a diverse 28 acres that includes horse pastures, ponds, meadows, mixed oak and confer forests, and Deer Creek. We use solar energy to power our ranch operations.

Recipients of the Nevada County Conservationist of the Year Award

The ranch has been used for educational seminars and workshops on pond care, pasture management, irrigation, rural road maintenance, and ranch management. We have also hosted chicken tours for small groups and school children.
